Campaign
2024

I edited and produced several campaign pieces for the HBO Original series The Penguin, among them are the Extra Content Featurette "A Tale of Two Gothams", exploring the Dickensian "have" and "have nots" dynamic within Gotham City.
I also co-produced, along with my teammate Kenan Hunter, the Inside Gotham extra content piece for the series' premiere episode, highlighting character dynamics, motivations, and creator commentary.
The last piece listed here is the nearly 30-minute Making Of documentary my team constructed to pay homage to the talented craftspeople, talent and creators of the series. I specifically edited and produced the VFX, Music Composition, and post-title card Oz introduction segments.

I produced and edited the trailer for the HBO Original Documentary Film Great Photo, Lovely Life which follows photojournalist Amanda Mustard as she bravely explores and confronts her grandfather's history of abuse towards the women in their family and what it takes to break the cycle of generational trauma.

Titans
S4 - "Blood Tease"
2023
I had the pleasure to edit and produce, along with gfx and live-shoot assistance from vendor BGSTR, the teaser for the 4th and final season of the MAX Original series Titans.
This spot features a music cue from audio artist Charmaine Lee, live-shoot captured hand acting in a gasket-operated tank, as well as composited and treated imagery based upon BTS footage. I was able to marry the haunting vocals of Charmaine, the abstract, otherwordly imagery from the set, and the heightened, stylized graphics to create an unnerving sense of dread as Brother Blood emerges from his baptismal pool to wreak havoc on our world.

I produced (sound design, music curation, narrative construction) and edited the trailer for the MAX Original Documentary Santa Camp, which follows the compelling human interest stories of three "non-traditional" Santas which attend a New England camp to train professional Santas. The film explores the struggles and triumphs of neuro-divergent, black and transgender Santas as they challenge the norms and societal expectations of this icon.

Brand Spots

In 2021, I was able to produce two HBO Max Brand Spots I'm quite proud of.
The first is an August 2021 Coming Soon spot, previewing upcoming original series, films, and new-to-platform titles across HBO and MAX, which I produced via external vendor.
Additionally, I had the honor of tackling the launch trailer for the HBO | MAX initiative Scene In Black, which aims a spotlight on the black talent that permeates the offerings on the MAX platform, both in front of and behind the camera. SIB aims to recognize those black artists currently thriving in the media scape, and encourage the next generation of creators.

I produced and edited the entirety of the "The Craft / POV (Power Of Visibility)" series highlighting the behind-the-camera female artists who help comprise the amazing crew of the HBO Original Series "A Black Lady Sketch Show"
Filmed during Covid, the interviews were done remotely.

LatinX Short Film Competition
Trailer - "RIZO"
2021

This is a trailer I produced and edited for the short film "RIZO", one of the winning films of the most recent HBO LatinX Short Film Competition. "RIZO" follows Cristina, an Afro-Caribbean actress as she struggles to break away from industry stereotypes and expectations regarding Spanish-language roles.

"The Sopranos Dictionary"
2020

This is a YouTube compilation put together in accordance with the #StayHomeBoxOffice hashtag campaign that HBO put forth in the early months of the Covid-19 pandemic. Using a basic brief of a "Sopranos Dictionary", I was able to identify all the featured phrases, write the copy, edit, score and team up with graphics for the look of the text. As of June 2021, the video has approximately 1.7M views on YouTube.

I had the pleasure of working on the beautiful HBO Limited Series "I Know This Much Is True", starring Mark Ruffalo and directed by Derek Cianfrance. I did both episodic and recap promos as part of this campaign.

About Me

I am a video editor. My work over the previous 7+ years has been with Warner Bros. Discovery entities, most notably HBO, MAX, CNN, Cinemax and HLN.
I have written, produced, and edited pieces which have premiered on-air, across social and digital platforms, as well as part of internal corporate initiatives. Featured here is a sampling of my most recent work; additional campaign work for above initiatives, as well as older work, available upon request.
Outside of my work, I am an active distance runner, a lover of reading, film and television, and a somewhat ambitious (though decidedly still amateur) baker. I'm not explicitly trying to visit all the MLB stadiums, but I feel it's just going to happen some day.
